Handyman Hal Hometown Giveaway – Official Rules

Official Rules. No Purchase Necessary.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Handyman Hal Hometown Giveaway Trip to Myrtle Beach (the “Giveaway”) begins on a date determined by Sponsor and ends as specified in promotional materials (the “Giveaway Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be attendees of a Handyman Hal live show during the Giveaway Period to qualify. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Handyman Hal and associated entities are not eligible to enter.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided at a Handyman Hal live show or via official Handyman Hal promotional platforms during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the stated deadline to be eligible. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified via phone and/or email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

4. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for a family of four (4), which includes:

A trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for four (4) people
A $500 voucher for food
Admission for four (4) guests to up to three (3) Myrtle Beach area attractions
Additional experiences or special Handyman Hal surprises may be included at Sponsor’s discretion

All prize details are subject to availability. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. EXPENSES & TAXES

Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel, lodging, taxes, and personal costs not specifically listed, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Handyman Hal to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Handyman Hal’s privacy practices. Entrants may opt out of communications at any time.
